While it is possible to function on less sleep it is important to note that lack of sleep has been closely associated with obesity, heart attacks, memory loss, decreased brain function, heart attacks and psychiatric disorders.
Generally after 24 hours of not sleeping, you will start to experiencing .. The longest someone has gone without sleeping was reported to be 11 days! If you are struggling to sleep for 8 hours then consider taking a nap during the day. You can also consider using a yellow filter on your computer or phone. Consider reducing your caffeine intake and stop drinking caffeine all together 6 hours before you have to sleep.
