Ibuprofen is an over the counter medicine that can be used to relieve pain.

It is a pill that can be used when you are on your menstrual cycle to help with period cramps. It has been known to reduce the amount of blood you can produce. Some people have found that using ibuprofen has made their period more manageable.

It is very important to note that ibuprofen has a maximum dosage of 1200mg and should not be used for more than 3 days.

Regular use of ibuprofen has been proven to be linked with the production of kidney stones, so you should be cautious!
